Orders are shipped within the Republic of South Africa via 3rd party couriers. Once your order has despatched, you will receive a tracking number

  • Outlying Areas: 2-4 Days
  • Rural Areas: 4-7 Days

Note: Shipping times may be affected by increased courier workload due to Covid-19 related events, protests or load-shedding.

Online Return & Refund Policy
We’re confident you’ll be satisfied with your product purchase. However, we have a 7 day return policy. This means you have 7 days to request a return, after receiving your item. For your return request to be accepted, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in a sealed box, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the valid Order Number and receipt. The courier costs associated with the return will be deducted from your refund.
Items that have been opened may be subject to a return and restocking fee of 10-25%.
To initiate a return request, you can mail us at with a photo of the item being returned. If accepted, we’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA), return shipping information, as well as instructions. Items sent to us without a valid RMA Number will not be accepted.
Non Returnable Items / Exceptions

Custom products, cables, software, vouchers/gift cards, sale items, items worn directly on the body and selected other items may not be returned. Please contact us if you are unsure if your product fits any of the exception criteria.

Once your return has been received and assessed, we will notify you if a refund has been approved. You will be contacted to discuss the method of refund appropriate at that time. Refunds are subject to clearance times with the respective service providers.
